Service status

Everything operational is green right now. Incidents are published here when they happen and updated until they are resolved — a status page that only ever shows green is not a status page.

Current status

All systems operational · last checked moments ago

Operational

Transactions are being signed and submitted normally. Position data and reward credits are indexing as expected.

Operational

All supported networks are responding within normal latency. No active provider failovers.

Operational

Token balances are refreshing on schedule. Some non-native assets can lag briefly during high network activity; the balance is still correct on the public ledger.

Operational

Price feeds are current. Staking projections depend only on the rate in the app, not on a live price feed, so they remain correct if price data is delayed.

Operational

Maturity notifications are being delivered on schedule. Delivery depends on the operating system’s notification settings, which we do not control.

Operational

Both stores are serving the current release. Staged rollouts are reported in press notes when they are in progress.

Recent incidents

No incidents in the last 90 days. When one does occur it appears here immediately, with a start time, an impact statement and updates until it is resolved.

Something broken for you but not for everyone?

That is often local rather than a service incident: a stale app version, a cached balance, or a device with an unusual network configuration. Support can look at your case specifically, and the FAQ covers the common causes.

How to read this page

  • Operational means requests are being served normally. It is not a guarantee that your own transaction will succeed.
  • Degraded performance means things work but are slower than usual — a transaction may take longer to confirm without anything being wrong.
  • Major outage means the feature is unavailable. Note that an outage never puts your funds at risk: a transaction that cannot be submitted cannot be lost.
  • Whatever the status, the authoritative record of your balance and your positions is the public blockchain. You can check it independently at any time.
